The Elk County Housing Authority (ECHA) proudly announces that Kasey McClain, Property Manager, has earned the Public Housing Specialist Certification. This certification, provided by the esteemed Nan McKay Company, highlights Kasey’s commitment to excellence in affordable housing management.
The certification program covered key aspects of HUD’s Public Housing regulations, including eligibility criteria, intake processes, occupancy standards, and rent calculations. The training ensures that Kasey is equipped to provide the highest level of service to ECHA residents.
Kasey began her journey with ECHA in 2022 as a Program Aide, assisting across all housing programs. She later transitioned into the role of Property Manager, where she continues to make a meaningful impact.
“Kasey’s dedication and passion for serving our community are remarkable,” said Amy Auman, ECHA’s Executive Director. “We are thrilled to see her professional growth and the value she brings to our team.”
