These are single level units with access to a community elevator for accessibility to each floor. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted income with all utilities included (water, sewer, garbage, gas, and electric). Telephone, cable and internet are available at the tenant’s expense. Elderly/PwD are eligible for this facility.
