The Elk County Housing Authority (ECHA) is pleased to announce that Danielle Charney, Property Manager, has successfully completed the Public Housing Specialist Certification. This achievement, awarded by the highly regarded Nan McKay Company, underscores Danielle’s dedication to excellence in affordable housing management.
Through the program, Danielle gained in-depth knowledge of HUD’s Public Housing regulations. Training topics included eligibility requirements, intake procedures, occupancy standards, and rent calculation processes, all of which are critical to supporting the residents of ECHA programs.
Danielle joined ECHA in 2022 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Her role as Property Manager reflects her commitment to fostering safe and affordable housing opportunities within the community.
“Danielle’s accomplishment is a testament to her hard work and dedication,” said Amy Auman, Executive Director of ECHA. “Her continued professional development strengthens our team and enhances the services we provide to our residents.”
